3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
  Qualification Requirement：1. The bidder must have the corresponding supply capacity to this bidding project, the right to independently sign contracts, and the ability to fulfill contracts; 2. The equipment tendered must be new, and any used, fully or partially refurbished, trial produced, modified, or branded products will be rejected for bidding. It is not allowed to modify the main technical parameters and specifications (spindle motor power (continuous/10 minutes), X-axis travel, Y-axis travel, Z-axis travel, workbench size, spindle speed, maximum output torque of the spindle) according to the requirements of the bidding document. Technical documents (product samples from the equipment manufacturer) are required to support.
  Contract Reference Requirement：The bidder has undertaken at least 5 similar machining centres with the same main technical parameters and specifications (spindle motor power (continuous/10 minutes), X-axis stroke, Y-axis stroke, Z-axis stroke, table size, spindle speed, maximum spindle output torque) as the equipment under tender respectively. Copies of contracts with similar performance dated from 1 January 2020 to the date of tender opening should be submitted (if the contract does not specify the specific content of the project, a technical agreement should be attached), with the following requirements: 1) The contract should have the signatures or seals of all parties, except for special form contracts such as electronic contracts and purchase orders; 2) A copy of the contract shall include at least the names of the parties to the contract, the subject matter of the contract, the date of the contract and the signature and seal page; (3) The contract date shall be the later of the contract effective time and the contract signing time; 4） Similar performance refers to the sales performance of equipment with the same main technical parameters and specifications (spindle motor power (continuous/10 minutes), X-axis travel, Y-axis travel, Z-axis travel, table size, spindle speed, maximum spindle output torque) as the equipment under tender.

Submittals will ONLY be accepted via e-Bid.

  4.The fee for bidding document shall not be refunded after purchase of the bidding document.5. Microsoft Office, latest version IE explorer is required. And please download the “Driver” from FAW International e-Bid Platform. The bidder shall use the Digital Certificate to log in the platform to participate the bid opening and to decrypt the e-Bid documents. If decryption is failed due to bidder’s reason, it shall be deemed as bidder’s withdraw from the Bid.
