3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
  Qualification Requirement：1) The registered capital of the bidder's company is more than 10 million (excluding 10 million, and the foreign currency needs to be equivalent to the equivalent (converted at the exchange rate of the spot exchange rate of the Bank of China on the day of bid opening), and the capital increase is invalid after the announcement is issued); Bidders within the territory of the country shall provide: a copy of a valid business license or a legal person certificate of a public institution; Bidders outside the customs area shall provide: relevant supporting documents for company registration

2) Bidders need to provide valid ISO 9001 certification documents;

5) The bidder needs to have the ability to debug machining equipment, and needs to provide a list of commissioning personnel, resumes and social security certificates for undertaking projects (provide proof of social security payment for at least 12 consecutive months from January 1, 2023 to the date of bid opening for more than 10 people, and are regular employees of the bidder, not personnel of the bidder's branches and subsidiaries).
