3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
Qualification Requirement：1) If the bidder is an enterprise within the territory of the People's Republic of China, a copy of a valid business license shall be submitted, and shall not violate the provisions of the state restricting operations, concessions and laws and administrative regulations prohibiting operations; 2) If the bidder is a public institution allowed to operate in accordance with the law, it shall submit a copy of the valid public institution legal person certificate and organization code certificate; 3) The bidding products and services must comply with the relevant regulations and specifications of the state and the industry;
Contract Reference Requirement：The bidder shall provide at least 2 project performance of axle shell core making equipment, and at least 1 project performance containing no less than 500L core making machine, and shall provide project performance certificate when bidding (contract and acceptance certificate, if the contract cannot reflect the content of the technical agreement; If it is a consortium, it needs to be the performance of the consortium leader). Among them, the performance of the axle needs to meet the following requirements: a. Include at least 1 performance certificate including axle core making center (core making machine + automation); b. Include at least 1 relevant performance certificate including no less than 200L axle core making machine.

download the “Driver” from FAW International e-Bid Platform. The bidder shall use
the Digital Certificate to log in the platform to participate the bid opening
and to decrypt the e-Bid documents. If decryption is failed due to bidder’s
reason, it shall be deemed as bidder’s withdraw from the Bid.
