3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
  Qualification Requirement：The bidder shall have the supply ability corresponding to the bidding project, and have the right to independently sign contracts and the ability to perform contracts.
  Contract Reference Requirement：If the bidder has undertaken at least one set of similar equipment, it shall submit a copy of the contract with similar performance from January 1, 2018 to the date of bid opening and a copy of the final acceptance report (if the contract cannot specify the specific content of the project, the technical agreement shall be attached), the specific requirements are as follows: 1) The contract shall be signed or sealed by all parties, except electronic contracts, orders and other special forms of contracts; The final acceptance report shall be signed or sealed by Party A. 2) The copy of the contract shall at least include the names of the parties to the contract, the subject matter of the contract, the contract amount, the contract date and the signature and seal page (if the performance does not require the contract amount, the contract amount will not be reviewed); 3) The date of the contract shall be the later date of the effective date of the Contract and the signing date of the Contract; 4) The total contract amount of a single equipment shall not be less than DDP RMB 16 million or CIF EUR 1.6 million (if the contract currency is not Euro, it shall be converted to Euro at the following exchange rate: 100 Swiss francs =106.42 euros,100 pounds =118.46 euros,100 yen =0.6229 euros,100 dollars =97.21 euros; If the quotation in the contract is FOB (FCA), it shall be converted to CIF price in accordance with Item 1 of Article 26.4.1 of Chapter VI of the bidding documents); 5) Similar performance refers to the manufacturing performance of vertical and horizontal machining centers or five-axis horizontal machining centers.
