3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
Qualification Requirement：1) If the bidder is an enterprise, a copy of a valid business license shall be submitted, and shall not violate the provisions of the state on restricting operations, concessions and laws and administrative regulations prohibiting operations; 2) If the bidder is a public institution allowed to operate in accordance with the law, it shall submit a copy of the valid public institution legal person certificate and organization code certificate; 3) The bidding products and services must comply with the relevant regulations and specifications of the state and the industry;
Contract Reference Requirement：From January 1, 2021 to the date of bid opening, the bidder or manufacturer has the performance of 3 organic 3D printing sand molds or sand cores, of which at least 1 case is applied to the batch production of sand cores or sand molds of automobile engine blocks or cylinder heads (note: the number of pieces ≥ 100 pieces is regarded as batch production), and at least 1 performance needs to prove that the equipment has been running stably for more than 2 years to print out qualified sand cores, and the working time of the equipment is not less than 5,000 hours. (The contract and acceptance report are required for all three performance requirements; The above two specific descriptions involve mass production application matters and equipment stability requirements, and a description of technical indicators and certification materials stamped by the user shall be provided)

the Digital Certificate to log in the platform to participate the bid opening
and to decrypt the e-Bid documents. If decryption is failed due to bidder’s
reason, it shall be deemed as bidder’s withdraw from the Bid.
