3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
Qualification Requirement：Bidders must be manufacturers or agents of testing equipment for the adhesion characteristics of light truck tires. Bidders within the country must provide a copy of their valid business license stamped with the bidder's official seal.
Contract Reference Requirement：The supplier shall issue a purchase order or contract for at least [1] types of tire adhesion characteristic testing equipment from 2020 until the date of bid opening (based on the contract signing time). If the purchase order or contract cannot reflect the corresponding content, other supporting materials such as quotation list or technical requirements need to be provided.
