3.Qualification Requirements for Bidder
Qualification Requirement：The bidder must be the manufacturer or agent of the light vehicle emission analyzer procurement project. Bidders within the country must provide a copy of their valid business license stamped with the bidder's official seal.
Contract Reference Requirement：The supplier shall issue a purchase order or contract for at least [1] light vehicle emission analyzers from January 1, 2022 to the date of bid opening (based on the contract signing time).
